There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactic. From the test drive to the finance application, the entire process was smooth, clear, and efficient. I purchased a vehicle from Toledo Auto Group about a month ago. I was initially apprehensive about buying from a small dealership. However, both of the owners were very helpful and polite. They were ready to answer any of my questions. I was impressed with the wide range of vehicles they offered. I looked at three of their vehicles and purchased a beautifully maintained Lexus RX. The dealer also offered a warranty which provided peace of mind. The car has been a joy. There were two little problems, which the dealership took care of immediately. They wanted to make sure everything was good with the vehicle. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
