Long over due review for those guys, I came to this country a year ago as a student and my parents wanted me to get a reliable car that would last me for my 5 years of college and they gave me 2 options either hondas or toyotas, and TOLEDO AUTO GROUP had a large selection of used hondas, Plus the owners were real easy to deal with and very helpful and understanding for my situation, I ended up getting a 2010 CRV , almost a year later all i did is few oil changes ,I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a car from this dealership in Toledo one year ago. The car is very good and I never had any problems with it. Today they called me and offered a detail for my car. After the detail, my car looks like new again inside and outside. The guys there are kind, professional, and they still care about the customer after the sale. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a car.

I consider Ihab Smidi to be the finest auto salesperson whom I have spoken with in the last 25 years. He is honest and straightforward. He gave us a terrific deal. A clean, well maintained auto at an extremely fair price. I would recommend he and Toledo Auto Group to anyone looking for a used car in the Toledo area. I am grateful to have done business with him. I call him Superman.

If I could have left 6/5 stars for a review, I would have. Ihab at Toledo Auto Group is amazing-he's patient, worked the deal perfectly, even bumped up my trade-in value. When my new truck started misfiring a few days in, he jumped right on it and got everything fixed, no hassle. Worth every mile, I'll be back. Genuine people here who understand reality can be harsh. Thank you Ihab, the truck is amazing.

My experience buying a car from Toledo Auto Group has been fantastic. Ihab was so patient and genuinely helpful, from my many test drives to helping me secure financing- this was not a very easy feat with my credit score and income, and I had been rejected for a few other auto loans. Admittedly, the interest rate is extremely high, but it felt worth it to me to pay the bonkers interest rate for a good car rather than get a car from one of the 'buy here pay here' lots (of which I test drove a ton, and found them all to be trash). Ihab took two different cars that I was deciding between to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (he offered me the choice of any but recommended the nearby Mytee). Ihab offered me the option to defer paying a portion of the loan down payment for a few weeks, which was hugely helpful in allowing me to get a desperately needed car sooner. One thing I'll mention is that the title paperwork hasn't been completed so I'm still waiting to be able to transfer the title to my name, but it was easy to stop by Toledo Auto Group and get a second temporary license plate so I really don't mind the delay. So far the car has been lovely, with no issues (except for a 'maintenance required' warning light which I haven't taken in yet to verify but believe it is an auto-warning for when a certain number of miles have been driven to do an oil change, etc.). As you can see from this long review, I have a lot of good things to say about Ihab and my experience with Toledo Auto Group. They really helped me out of a tough spot and I am so grateful!
