I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Toledo Auto Group. From the moment I walked in, I felt respected and never pressured. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. It’s rare to find a dealership that prioritizes the customer's needs over just making a sale. 5 stars!

I was searching on google for a used vehicle and this location came up. I was interested in buying a car with cash I can use while I’m still in college. I was able to test drive the car, they fixed the issues with the vehicle and I was able to purchase it the next day. They are also willing to work with you. Thank you Ihab for helping me out. It was greatly appreciated!

Long over due review for those guys, I came to this country a year ago as a student and my parents wanted me to get a reliable car that would last me for my 5 years of college and they gave me 2 options either hondas or toyotas, and TOLEDO AUTO GROUP had a large selection of used hondas, Plus the owners were real easy to deal with and very helpful and understanding for my situation, I ended up getting a 2010 CRV , almost a year later all i did is few oil changes ,I highly recommend this dealership.
